Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead and manage a team of professionals in the delivery of a high-profile Fit-Out project
  • To develop and implement strategies to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • To work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
  • To identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the project remains on track and meets its objectives

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering high-profile projects to tight deadlines
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
