Site Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our residential project in Mullingar. As a key team member, you will oversee the successful delivery of the project.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of the project, including risk management, contract administration, and operations coordination.
  • Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget constraints.
  • Implement quality assurance procedures and manage project scope to mitigate risks.
  • Lead health and safety meetings with site teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with Glenveagh's policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials in line with the project program.
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree or higher diploma qualification (or equivalent trade experience).
  • Significant site management experience on residential projects.
  • Background in residential developments essential.
  • Knowledge of latest building regulations and certification standards.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate teams.
