Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced project manager to oversee the successful delivery of our residential project in Ireland.


About the Role

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing projects from conception to completion, with a strong understanding of building regulations and certification standards.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Managing day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of the site
  • Implementing quality assurance procedures in accordance with our methodology
  • Managing project scope and mitigating risk across projects
  • Attending Health and Safety meetings with the site team and subcontractors

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or higher qualification in a relevant field (or equivalent trade experience)
  • Significant experience in project management, preferably on residential projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and a methodical nature
