Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our site management team. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion of projects
  • Manage day-to-day site operations, including supervising direct labor workforce and subcontractors
  • Review high-level deliverables across the site
  • Implement quality assurance procedures in accordance with company methodology
  • Monitor and mitigate risks across projects
  • Attend Health and Safety meetings with site teams and subcontractors
  • Ensure adherence to Health & Safety policies and procedures
  • Source and procure required materials in a timely manner, aligned with program requirements
  • Lead performance and budget management, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment with agreed contract programs
  • Supervise direct labor workforce and manage all sub-contractors
  • Collaborate with site management teams to achieve shared goals

Requirements:

  • Degree, Higher Diploma, or relevant trade experience
  • Significant site management experience on residential projects
  • Background in residential developments essential
  • Knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards
  • Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Ability to lead, use initiative, and be self-motivated
