Construction Project Supervisor OpportunityJob Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Construction Project Supervisor to oversee daily operations on a medium-sized project in Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site personnel, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining site safety, ensuring quality workmanship, and delivering the project on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of site operatives and subcontractors.
  • Ensure works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and the building programme.
  • Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations on site in compliance with Irish legislation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized site and manage site logistics effectively.
  • Report progress, issues, and delays to Management or others as required.
Requirements:
  • At least 5+ years experience in a supervisory role on various construction sites/projects.
  • Trade background preferred (e.g., carpentry, bricklaying, etc.).
  • Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification (mandatory).
Essential Skills:
  • Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Good time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
