Electronics Development Engineer Role
This position involves contributing to the development of electronic systems. Key responsibilities will include conducting laboratory testing and liaising with design engineers. The successful candidate will also be involved in technical specification creation, setup of test stations and equipment analysis.
About the Role:
- Laboratory testing of complete electronic control systems.
- Liaising with electronic and mechanical design engineers to create technical electronic specifications for various products and equipment.
- Setup of test stations, power supplies, measuring instruments.
- Analysis of non-conforming products returned by customers and completion of detailed reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Debugging electronic issues.
- Ongoing updates of documentation and repair logs.
- Support in specifying software changes and updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronic, Electrical or Electronic Engineering is a requirement.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Microsoft Office skills – competent user of Microsoft Word and Excel.
