This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned project coordinator to oversee the planning and execution of window and door installation projects across the country. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of window and door products and installation techniques, as well as excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients to determine project scope, specifications, and budget. They will also schedule and manage project timelines to ensure timely completion, as well as budgets and financial reports. Additionally, they will collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors for project delivery, conduct site inspections to ensure work meets quality and safety standards, and serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Proven experience in project management or coordination in the window and door industry necessary
  • Strong knowledge of window and door products and installation techniques
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
