
Highly Skilled Front Office Manager Wanted

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Front Office Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Front Office team and ensuring that all guests receive a warm and efficient welcome.
- Preparation, implementation and training of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and standards.
- Ensuring arrival and departure procedures are followed to provide a positive guest experience.
- Handling reservations calls in an efficient manner and delivering high levels of guest care.
- Attending meetings such as morning stand-ups and weekly Head of Department meetings.
- Overseeing room allocation and liaising with accommodation teams to ensure timely availability.
- Promoting the hotel, its outlets and local activities to guests.
- Maintaining departmental filing and administration.
- Recruiting and training new team members.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Front Office Manager is essential.
- Working knowledge of Front Office Systems is required.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills are necessary.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills are required.
