Business Development Manager

This role involves building and maintaining long-term business partnerships with clients. As a Business Development Manager, you will understand client challenges, identify opportunities, and deliver solutions to enhance their business operations while growing revenue.
Main Responsibilities:- Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key business executives and stakeholders within your customer portfolio.
- Sales Growth: Drive recurring revenue by identifying new sales opportunities and promoting Nostra's products and services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Account Support team to provide an exceptional customer experience and liaise across functional teams to resolve issues promptly.
- 3+ years of business development experience, preferably in IT or technology sectors.
- Technical knowledge of Microsoft Cloud and Server infrastructure, Sonic Wall firewalls, networking, security, wireless solutions, and disaster recovery methodologies.
- Natural relationship builder with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
