How You Will Make A Difference- Identify high potential companies who can benefit from Klaviyo's solution
- Partner with Mid-Market Account Executives to develop and execute prospecting strategies to generate opportunities
- Develop, test and iterate messaging across multiple channels, industries and personas
- Share learnings and best practices to support the Outbound process and team members
- Reflect Klaviyo's values of accountability and effort
- 1+ years of work experience, preferably in an inbound or outbound BDR role at a marketing technology company
- Continually seek improvement and are rigorous in your pursuit of it
- Excited, motivated, and inspired by exceeding goals
- Thoughtful, engaging, energetic, and self-aware
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, a self-starter, and professional
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English, Spanish and/or Italian (written and verbal)
Base Pay Range in Local Currency: €43,550 EUR
Compensation and BenefitsOur total compensation package may include base salary, annual cash bonus or incentive plans, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility. Details are provided during the hiring process.
