You'll be part of a dynamic team driving innovation in customer engagement — all from the vibrant heart of Dublin, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote for optimal flexibility.Your Main ResponsibilitiesIdentify and research high-potential companies to target for outreachCollaborate closely with experienced SMB Account Executives to design and execute effective prospecting strategies that drive pipeline growthCraft, test, and refine messaging across various channels, industries, and buyer personasShare insights, learnings, and best practices to enhance outbound processes and support overall team successYour Skills and Experience6–12 months of professional experience, ideally in an inbound or outbound BDR role within the marketing technology spaceA strong drive for continuous improvement and commitment to high standardsMotivated by exceeding targets and achieving ambitious goalsThrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments where adaptability is keyExceptional written and verbal communication skillsFluent in German or Polish (written and spoken) and EnglishInterested?
