Overview

Outbound Business Development Representative - German at Klaviyo. As the first point of contact in the sales cycle, you are on the front lines and play a key role in informing the go-to-market strategy through feedback from sales and marketing.

Responsibilities
  • Identify high potential companies who can benefit from Klaviyo's solution
  • Partner closely with experienced Mid-Market Account Executives to develop and execute prospecting strategies to generate opportunities
  • Develop, test and iterate messaging across multiple channels, industries and personas
  • Contribute learnings and best practices to the Outbound process and team members to support the success of peers
  • Uphold Klaviyo values of accountability and effort in all activities
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of work experience, preferably in an inbound or outbound BDR role at a marketing technology company
  • Continuously seek improvement and are rigorous in your pursuit of it
  • Excited, motivated, and inspired to exceed goals
  • Thoughtful, engaging, energetic, and self-aware
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented, self-starter, relentless but professional
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in English and German (written and verbal)
Compensation

Base pay range: €43,550 EUR. The total compensation may include an annual cash bonus, variable compensation (OTE for sales and customer success roles), equity, sign-on payments, and a range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits, based on eligibility.
