I'm currently hiring for a passionate and driven Business Development Representative to join a rapidly growing SaaS company based in Dublin — offering a competitive €67K OTE.

The CompanyJoin a fast-growing global leader in marketing automation and customer data platforms, powering personalized experiences for some of the world's most recognized e-commerce brands. You'll be part of a dynamic team driving innovation in customer engagement — all from the vibrant heart of Dublin, with 3 days a week onsite and 2 days remote for optimal flexibility.
Your Main Responsibilities- Identify and research high-potential companies to target for outreach
- Collaborate closely with experienced SMB Account Executives to design and execute effective prospecting strategies that drive pipeline growth
- Craft, test, and refine messaging across various channels, industries, and buyer personas
- Share insights, learnings, and best practices to help enhance outbound processes and support team-wide success
- Bring 6–12 months of professional experience, ideally in an inbound or outbound BDR role within the marketing technology space
- Demonstrate a strong drive for continuous improvement and a commitment to high standards
- Thrive on exceeding targets and are energized by achieving ambitious goals
- Excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments where adaptability is key
- Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Are fluent in German, both written and spoken
