BIM Coordinator Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to coordinate and lead the implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) across various projects. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading the implementation of BIM.

About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a BIM Coordinator, where you will play a key role in the development and implementation of BIM strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and lead the implementation of BIM across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Excellent experience using BIM software such as Revit, NavisWorks, and AutoCad is essential;
  • Experience with BIM 360 platform and Solibri is advantageous;
  • A good understanding of BIM Level 2 requirements and industry BIM protocol is necessary;
  • Ability to work autonomously and lead coordination meetings with various project stakeholders is required;
  • Good communication skills, with ability to interact with people both verbally and in writing, are essential;
  • A team player who is a good multi-tasker and flexible in adapting to the demands of a challenging construction site environment is required.

Requirements:

This role requires a strong background in BIM, with excellent technical and organizational skills. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
