Lead BIM Specialist

Our organization seeks a highly skilled and experienced Lead BIM Specialist to drive the delivery of mechanical projects. As the primary point of contact for BIM-related queries, this role will oversee the production, coordination, and delivery of BIM models throughout project lifecycles.

This position requires strong leadership and communication skills to facilitate model coordination and clash detection processes across disciplines using Navisworks or similar tools. The successful candidate will also develop and maintain company BIM standards, templates, workflows, and execution plans (BEPs).

A key aspect of this role is collaborating closely with Design, Engineering, and Project Management teams to ensure model accuracy and constructability. Additionally, the Lead BIM Specialist will evaluate and implement emerging digital construction technologies to improve productivity and model accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 years' experience in a similar BIM role within the mechanical or building services industry. Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM360 (or similar platforms) is essential.
