BIM Revit MEP Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Technician with extensive experience in Revit MEP and strong qualifications in the field. The ideal candidate will possess a recognised formal training course in Revit MEP, supported by an appropriate Certificate and/or Diploma. A degree in Electrical engineering or Mechanical engineering will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- BIM MEP Modelling across Mechanical and Electrical services.
- Follow BIM content standards and development procedures.
- Adhere to BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
- Using Revit MEP for drawing production including General Arrangements, Sections, and Detail Views.
- Run clash detection on models and generate clash detection reports.
- Resolve clashes across Mechanical and Electrical services using Revit/Navisworks software.
- Experience of working with COBie and MEP site models.
- Extensive experience of CAD-xrefs etc.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a BIM Technician using Revit MEP, working within a team of technicians and engineers.
- Recognised qualification in BIM.
