The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP coordination and experience working with main contractors and design teams.

The successful BIM Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the client's requirements are met with regards to the co-ordination of MEP services within projects, and liaising with other disciplines to ensure full and complete installations.

This role involves:

  • Development of detailed Revit models of MEP systems to LOD 300 & 400;
  • Generation of construction plans, sections, and detail drawings from Revit models;
  • Setup of additional Revit families and templates;
  • Clash management and issue identification and resolution;
  • Leading coordination meetings with other disciplines and clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Relevant third-level certification in a related engineering discipline or relevant trade qualification;
  • 3+ years' experience in BIM co-ordination and MEP projects;
  • Advanced Revit setup and family creation skills advantageous;
  • Experience using Navisworks for clash detection and model management required;
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
