**Job Opportunity: BIM Specialist**
">Curtins are hiring for a skilled professional to lead Building Information Modelling (BIM) delivery within our office. We are looking for an individual who can contribute to improving best practices across the company and establish BIM protocols on projects.
">- You will be responsible for producing high-quality drawings and Revit models and act as a positive role model and mentor to junior staff.
- Manage BIM compliance and be responsible for Quality and Information Management, internally and externally.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
">- Extensive experience of using Revit, working within a BIM environment and with Common Data Environments (CDEs).
- Ability to balance technical oversight with project delivery, i.e. produce models and drawings.
- Experience of mentoring junior staff.
- Experience of reviewing and commenting on BIM documentation.
