Technical Specialist - Laboratory Operations

Our laboratory team plays a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards of our products. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for testing and analysing various aspects of our products.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out material and product analyses to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Conducting tests on physical, chemical, microbiological, functional, and sensory properties of products.
  • Maintaining accurate records of test results in SAP and other relevant systems.
  • Ensuring adherence to Good Laboratory Practice and company policies at all times.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in food or dairy laboratory testing.
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and product specifications.
  • Excellent understanding of Good Laboratory Practice principles.
  • Sound analytical skills and attention to detail.
