Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our projects in Monaghan. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project manager to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day project operations, including coordinating teams, vendors, and resources.
  • Lead meetings and daily briefings to maintain clear communication and drive progress.
  • Ensure all work complies with current regulations, standards, and company policies.
  • Monitor project timelines, resource requirements, and reporting regularly to senior management.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and other parties to resolve issues promptly.
  • Oversee quality control and conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and documentation.
  • Manage and motivate teams to maintain productivity and high morale.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to the project program.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-10 years of proven experience as a project manager on large-scale residential projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, building regulations, and health & safety legislation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams and direct labour effectively.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using project management and reporting software.
