Job Title: Senior Transaction Manager

The Senior Transaction Manager will play a pivotal role in a key corporate trust team, overseeing transactions from initiation to closure.

  • This position involves scrutinizing complex debt capital market transactions and structures, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational standards.
  • As the primary liaison with external counsel and client development teams, you will lead negotiations on transaction terms and conditions.
  • You will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external parties on new and existing transactions, ensuring that deal documentation meets all operational and risk management standards.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A strong educational background with relevant experience in corporate trust and/or debt capital markets.
  • The ability to work under tight deadlines, manage internal and external relationships, and mitigate risks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to propose innovative solutions and ensure compliance with enterprise documentation standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, necessary for effective negotiation, persuasion, and influence at higher levels.
