**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking an experienced Surgical Orthopedic Support Specialist to fill a key role in our organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide technical guidance and training on the safe and effective use of surgical devices and techniques to customers, primarily in a theatre setting.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with surgeons and hospital groups across the territory, identifying sales opportunities and providing product support.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer activity and sales leads, working closely with the sales team.
  • Support the development of product and procedure knowledge with the sales team, including classroom teaching and induction training.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • 2-5 years' experience in surgical or theatre settings (scub nurse or physiotherapist)
  • Full clean driving license
  • Experience in surgical orthopedics is essential
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
