Service and Heating System Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service & Repair Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customers receive high-quality service when they need it most.

Your primary responsibility will be to diagnose and repair complex heating systems, providing exceptional customer experience on every visit. You must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

To succeed in this role, you will require current ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1) or equivalent in plumbing or heating, and at least 3 years' qualified experience in fault finding and diagnosis. Electrical knowledge, including wiring and fault finding on S-plan, Y-plan, and combination systems and boilers, is also essential.
