Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to drive business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Program Management: Designing and implementing digital marketing programs that meet business objectives.

- Email Marketing: Creating and sending targeted email campaigns using Marketo or other marketing automation platforms, including building emails, activating progression steps, and basic HTML/CSS coding.

- Landing Pages: Building and deploying landing pages within Adobe Experience Manager, Marketo, or other platforms to support campaign execution.

- Contact Forms: Building and integrating Marketo contact forms into landing pages to enhance user experience and improve data collection.

- Campaign Optimization: Analyzing and optimizing campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools to ensure alignment with business goals.

- Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including UX, to ensure seamless integration of digital marketing efforts and adherence to best practices.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

- Marketing Operations Knowledge: Understanding of marketing operations procedures and governance, as well as experience with Marketo (beginner to intermediate level).

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML coding, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office, as well as experience with Power BI and other business tools.

- Customer Journey Expertise: Understanding of customer journeys in digital marketing automation and ability to design engaging experiences.

- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to provide constructive feedback and resolve data issues effectively.
