We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Business Development Manager to join our team in Ireland.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing daily customer visits, showcasing our product range through product tastings and presentations. This is a customer-facing role that requires a high level of service provision to both sales teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop plans and execute presentations that support short-term and long-term sales and marketing strategies
  • Educate the sales team on brand relevance and enable them to demonstrate products independently
  • Analyze consumer trends and information to identify product categories for future growth
  • Create and execute sales strategies and marketing plans for the brand, including managing existing product portfolios and new product launches
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for food, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
