Senior Project Delivery Specialist

A leading main contractor requires a highly skilled Project Manager for a large Pharma project in Longford.
We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager and wider team by providing technical advice on the project.
- Liaise daily with the project team, design team, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Perform technical verification of civil engineering designs, models, and drawings to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Implement QA procedures, including concrete pre- and post-pour checks, RFIs, and resolution of technical issues.
- Assist in maintaining and monitoring safe working practices on site to ensure a safe working environment.
- Monitor and record materials, plant, and logistics to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and produce regular reports to keep stakeholders informed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks.
