Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Construction, you will manage project programming aspects from procurement to final account stage, ensuring projects meet timelines and standards.

The Role
  • Develop high-quality project programs meeting company expectations within allocated timeframes and project deadlines.
  • Provide guidance and support to sales and support teams.
  • Take ownership and responsibility for assigned projects.
  • Liaise with external customers and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with equipment manufacturers and suppliers as required.
  • Regularly report project progress to management on a project and portfolio analysis basis.
  • Monitor program progress, highlighting areas of concern with site teams and proposing mitigation measures when necessary.
Requirements
  • Must demonstrate a minimum 1 year of construction planning experience.
  • Desirable: Exposure to Civils/Utilities.
  • Experience in tender and contract stages of projects.
  • Good understanding of the construction process and project delivery.
  • Strong communication skills.
