We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Strategist to spearhead our Group Sales and Revenue expansion across the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively source and secure new group business opportunities in the MICE and leisure markets, fostering strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with event planners, corporate clients, and group organisers, providing exceptional service and tailored solutions.
- Craft compelling site visits and presentations that reflect our commitment to guest-centric experiences.
- Design and deliver customised proposals and presentations to convert leads into business, consistently exceeding client expectations.
- Attend industry conferences and networking events, leveraging connections to champion our brand and drive results.
- Collaborate closely with the Group Director of Sales & Marketing to develop and execute strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with Revenue Management to design, track, and deliver against revenue targets, ensuring sustained growth and profitability.
- Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed targets for Accommodation, F&B, Room Hire, and particularly C&B & Leisure Groups.
- Pipeline & Lead Generation: Maintain an active pipeline of group business at various stages, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities.
- Client Retention: Foster repeat bookings through consistent relationship-building and exceptional service, driving loyalty and retention.
- Market Penetration: Develop new business opportunities within MICE and Leisure segments, expanding our market presence.
- Competitor & Market Insights: Conduct regular reviews and provide actionable recommendations to inform business decisions.
