We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Architect to join our team. As a Customer Architect, you will play a key role in delivering key customer features to production, building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, and advising on matters of design, product enhancements, optimisation, and implementation.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, be able to deliver high-quality customer-facing documentation, and have a strong problem-solving aptitude. You will also have experience working with database systems such as Oracle, Postgres, MongoDB, and be proficient in technologies such as Java, J2EE, SOA, JBoss, Tomcat, JDBC, SOAP, REST, OOD/OOA, .NET, HTML, CSS, JS, JQuery, React.
