Job Title: Cost Estimator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Cost Estimator with 4-5 years of experience working with civil contractors to manage the cost aspects of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project cost estimation and management, including preparation of project budgets and cost reports
  • Collaboration with project teams to monitor and control costs, identify opportunities for cost savings and agree variations with the design team
  • Preparation and submission of monthly project payment applications and cost reports
  • Close collaboration with the project manager and other stakeholders to ensure that the project stays within budget and schedule

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
  • 4 + years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor on Civils Projects
  • Previous experience with main contractors desired
  • Chartered or working towards chartership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook

Package:

  • Salary €55- 75K and negotiable dependent on experience
