Service Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a positive and motivated individual to manage a busy multi-franchise workshop and parts department. As a key member of the team, you will be recognised and rewarded for your hard work, loyalty, and personal achievement.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Set the highest level of customer care standards and provide guidance, training, and appraisals to team members.
  • Maximise customer satisfaction by treating them as an individual and delivering an exceptional service experience.
  • Monitor department performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Establish staff levels required to deliver customer satisfaction and budget objectives.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a main franchise Aftersales Manager is essential.
  • A customer-focused individual with outstanding interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
  • Innovative individuals willing to explore new methods of driving performance.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, coach and motivate the Service team.
  • A full valid Driving Licence and hands-on approach.
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing situations.
