Equipment Store Manager

Maintain equipment stores and manage inventory efficiently to meet operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Inspect equipment, receive, unpack, and allocate for storage in a timely manner.
- Handle unserviceable parts, repack, and return to suppliers or dispatch for repair, adhering to established procedures.
- Monitor tool calibration controls and shelf life to prevent equipment downtime.
- Manage the AMOS system for stock control purposes, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate and ensure adherence to ASL MMOE standards, Engineering procedures, and Dangerous Goods regulations.
- Replenish line station stock levels by monitoring minimum levels in the AMOS system and reporting discrepancies.
- Conduct regular stock checks to verify accuracy and support financial reporting.
- Maintain competence through continuous education and training facilitated by the organization.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management software and systems.
- Adherence to health and safety protocols.
