Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Laboratory Manager to oversee microbiology operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

This role focuses on leading laboratory processes, managing infrastructure, and driving efficiency in quality control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and manage microbiology testing processes and laboratory infrastructure.
  • Lead the design and establishment of laboratories, including team management and resource allocation.
  • Oversee updates to microbiological methods and specifications.
  • Manage investigations related to microbiology and support technical transfers between sites.
  • Coordinate external laboratory testing to align with internal quality standards.
  • Collaborate with regulatory teams to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Work with various departments to maintain operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Support leadership development within Quality Control and Analytical R&D teams.
Requirements
  • A degree in Microbiology or a related field.
  • Experience in laboratory environments with a focus on Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Strong knowledge of auditing and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and team leadership skills.
  • Eligibility to work in the location.
