The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising construction workers and subcontractors, maintaining site safety, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Liaising with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders is also a key aspect of this role, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills.

To succeed as a Civil Foreman, you will need proven experience in residential construction, strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety regulations.

A certification or qualification in construction management or a related field would be advantageous.

You will have excellent leadership skills, be able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings, and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of day-to-day operations on-site
