Key responsibilities & Duties
Responsible for developing construction programmes for site teams both houses and apartments.
Assist with developing programmes for pre-construction and all project phases.
Update and track construction project programmes in a weekly basis.
Conduct site visits to attend weekly meetings and give support to Project Managers in terms of program timelines, weekly reports, and monthly targets.
Conduct S curves reports and subcontractors risk analysis.
Produce and updated trackers, reports, and progress updates in conjunction with the Project Team
Provide accurate programme position information to the Program Manager.
Ensure role is carried out in compliance with relevant health and safety and environmental standards and to a high quality.
Other ad hoc duties that the Company may require from time to time

Requirements
Degree / Higher Diploma qualification in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent.
Experience in a similar position.
Background in residential (House or Apartments) construction is desirable.
Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite, specifically MS Project and Excel is required, experience using ASTA (Powerproject) is desirable.
A full valid driver's license.
