Project Supervisor Design Process

EHS International is seeking an experienced and highly motivated professional to play a pivotal role in ensuring health and safety compliance at the design stage of a significant development. As the Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP), you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing health and safety aspects of the design process, ensuring compliance with Irish legislation under the Safety, Health, and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013 . The successful candidate will work closely with designers, engineers, and contractors to minimize risks and implement best practices for a safe working environment.

The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of Irish construction safety regulations and experience in design risk assessment and safety compliance . You should also possess strong communication and leadership skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders, as well as the ability to work independently and proactively manage safety aspects of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and overseeing health and safety aspects of the design process">

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in Engineering, Architecture, Health & Safety, or a related field">
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a PSDP or similar role within the construction industry">
  • Thorough understanding of Irish construction safety regulations">
  • Experience in design risk assessment and safety compliance">
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders">
  • Ability to work independently and proactively manage safety aspects of complex projects">
