Job Title: Experienced Duty Manager

A forward-thinking and self-motivated duty manager is required to oversee the day-to-day operations of food and beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of department heads to manage multiple outlets.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate staff to achieve high performance.
  • Work alongside senior managers to maintain hotel standards.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures, manage key performance indicators, budgets, stock control, and forecasting.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as duty manager in a busy hotel operation.
  • Strong leadership skills and excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle guest queries and issues.
  • Sound knowledge and passion for food and beverage.
  • Transportation required.
