We are seeking an experienced Nurse to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care and support to residents, promoting their dignity, privacy, and respect.
- Maintain professional standards in accordance with the relevant regulatory bodies and codes of conduct.
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures, including those related to medication management and record-keeping.
- Develop and maintain clear, concise, and accurate records within the home, in line with legislation and industry standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Registration on the Irish live register (NMBI) with an active PIN.
- Fluency in English language (verbal and written) and eligibility to work in Ireland.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A caring and compassionate approach, with a passion for delivering high-quality person-centred care.
- Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar role.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, a commitment to continuous learning, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also be able to demonstrate a passion for providing high-quality patient care and collaborate as part of a team to achieve outstanding results.
