We are seeking a proactive individual to join our team as a Personal Lines Account Executive.

This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, handling insurance policies, and liaising with insurance companies.

The ideal candidate will have excellent product knowledge, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Handle Motor, Household, and Van Insurance Policies.
  • Liaise with insurance companies on customer queries and instructions.
  • Offer expert guidance across 15 product lines.
  • Process Insurance policies adhering to compliance standards and GDPR.
  • Process customer payments.
  • Manage high-level customer calls, primarily inbound.
  • Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented and target-driven.
  • Excellent product knowledge.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • APA Qualification from the Insurance Institute of Ireland.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments is desirable but not essential.
