Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and providing timely solutions.
  • Promote and sell Motor, Household, and Van Insurance Policies.
  • Liaise with insurers to resolve customer queries and instructions in a professional manner.
  • Analyse customer data to offer expert advice across 15 product lines.
  • Ensure compliance standards and GDPR are met when processing Insurance policies.
  • Process customer payments efficiently and accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with customers through high-level phone calls.
  • Achieve performance targets and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Motivated and target-driven individual.
  • Strong product knowledge with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • APA qualification from the Insurance Institute of Ireland.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments is desirable but not essential.
