Job Description

We are seeking a proactive individual to join our team as a Personal Lines Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing guidance to clients across various product lines.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate strong organizational abilities. A qualification in Insurance from the Institute of Ireland is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer queries and instructions.
  • Liaise with insurance companies and offer expert guidance to clients.
  • Process insurance policies and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Manage customer payments and achieve targets.
