We are seeking a skilled Payroll Coordinator to manage weekly payroll and support the HR function across a group of employees.

Job Description:
  • Collecting and verifying weekly timesheets and rosters from managers.
  • Ensuring compliance with working hours, breaks, and wage agreements.
  • Processing payroll each week using Sage Payroll software.
  • Managing employee payroll records: setting up new starters, processing leavers, and updating pay details.
  • Reconciling payroll reports and providing weekly reports to the Finance department.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with employee queries on policies, entitlements, and general HR matters.
  • Supporting recruitment administration, including scheduling interviews and reference checks.
  • Helping with training coordination, internal communications, and employee engagement.
  • Maintaining up-to-date digital and physical personnel files.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in payroll management.
  • Proficient in Sage Payroll software, Microsoft Excel, and timekeeping systems.
  • Understanding of employment law and payroll tax rules.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
