**Job Overview:**

Cpl Healthcare is seeking a skilled Community Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting our Albanian community, including investigating and resolving reported issues, enforcing clients' Terms of Use, and developing knowledge of client products and community standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve reported issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor reports of abuse on the site and enforce clients' Terms of Use.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of client products and community standards.
  • Use market-specific insights to find scalable solutions to improve support for our community of users.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and escalate issues outside company policy to the global team.

  • High adaptability and positive approach to challenges.
  • Ability to make decisions, prioritize, solve problems, and work as part of a team.
