Financial Analyst Position

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen and be able to analyze complex data with actionable insights.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior business stakeholders to provide financial analysis and decision-making support.

The role requires a deep understanding of financial concepts, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Present and Analyze Business Performance:
    • Provide informative financials, detailed analytics, and evaluation of key performance drivers.
  • Facilitate and Support Business Decision Making:
    • Regular targeted assessments, including client financial performance, expense management, and revenue growth opportunities.
  • Produce Presentations and High Value Financial Analysis:
    • Support regular business reviews between senior regional business management and senior business unit leadership.
  • Complete Monthly Financial Forecast and Annual Profit Plan:
    • Collection, assessment, and impact analysis of key assumptions and inputs to the process.
  • Liaise Between Business Stakeholders and Corporate Finance Team:
    • Act as liaison between business stakeholders and broader corporate finance team.
  • Partner with MRP&A Team Members:
    • Complete a wide variety of tasks each month that support wider team deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Financial Acumen: Strong financial acumen gained through prior roles and experiences.
  • Deep Analytical Skills: Deep analytical skills with high level of attention to detail.
  • Motivated and Proactive: Motivated, proactive, and resilient self-starter who takes the initiative and drives tangible and credible outcomes.
  • Solutions Oriented: Positive and solutions orientated individual with an adaptable and hands-on approach.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written presentation and communication skills.
  • Qualified Accountant: Qualified accountant with experience gained in a multi-currency / multinational environment is preferred.
