Branch Manager Job Opportunity

Job Summary:

Are you a motivated and experienced professional looking for a challenging role in management? We are seeking a skilled Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our retail branch, driving sales revenue and growth targets while maintaining exceptional customer service.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of the branch sales office, including staff coaching and development, performance management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Proactively promote a one-stop-shop approach for customers, delivering key objectives as set out in the branch business activity plan.
  • Drive branch profitability and sustainability through strong premium and policy growth, leveraging local market presence and community engagement.
  • Develop trusted and sustainable relationships through proactive business, community, and affinity engagement.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, governance requirements, cash handling, and expense procedures.
">Requirements:
  • MCC Qualified in Personal and Commercial General Insurance (Essential)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar financial services role with proven ability to manage a team (Essential)
  • Full clean driving licence (Essential)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites - Word, Excel & Outlook (Essential)
  • Clear understanding of Performance Management to support delivery of branch objectives
  • Strong track record of effective Networking with key stakeholders across the business

This role is an allocated Controlled Function under Fitness & Probity Regime, which means the successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced level of background screening requirements.

You must be eligible and authorized to work in the Republic of Ireland.
