Job Title: Sustainability Professional

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sustainability Professional to join our team. This is a mid-senior level role that will play a key part in shaping and implementing our company's sustainability strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of our sustainability strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and legislative requirements.
  • Collaborate with management and teams to embed sustainability practices throughout the organization.
  • Enhance and execute our roadmap to achieve net zero emissions by 2050.
  • Ensure systems are in place for tracking and reporting Scope 3 emissions.
  • Identify sustainability-related risks and opportunities.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to sustainability practices.
  • Prepare sustainability reports following European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).
  • Maintain compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Report on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) metrics.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • Understanding of CSRD, ESRS, and sustainability reporting frameworks.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience managing sustainability data.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience developing sustainability policies and reports.
