Job Title

Experienced Counter Manager - Dublin Airport - La Mer - Full Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Counter Manager to lead, coach and develop our team of Sales Associates in achieving all sales, customer service and operational targets.

The successful candidate will have proven leadership, coaching and business management skills gained in a fast-paced retail environment. This is an excellent opportunity for you to be the Chief Executive Officer of your own store.

You will have total accountability for creating and executing a dynamic business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, exceptional customer relationship management and the leadership of a high-performing team.

Many of our field executives and senior managers began their careers at point of sale and this first-level management role with exposure to business planning, consumer insights, event management, customer relationship management and front-line marketing will provide you with the all-round skills needed to progress further within the Beauty Industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Led and motivate a team of Sales Associates to achieve exceptional customer service standards
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and ensure accurate reporting and compliance
  • Implement visual merchandising standards, and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring timely issue resolution
  • Ensure the highest level of data integrity by accurately recording customer information, managing customer relationships, and tracking sales performance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 2 years' experience in retail sales, preferably in a supervisory or management role
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Working Conditions
  • Full-time position, working approximately 40 hours per week
  • Shifts may vary, including evenings and weekends
  • Travel may be required for business purposes, occasionally overnight
