Dublin Family Support Specialist

A Social Care Manager is required in Dublin to work with children and families at risk.
This role involves strong management skills, relevant experience, and qualifications in social care or a related field. It is an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable individuals.
Key Responsibilities:- Work directly with parents, children, and families to provide support tailored to their identified needs.
- Develop and implement effective therapeutic programs that cater to diverse requirements.
- Stay updated on relevant legislation, including Child Protection & Welfare, Child Safeguarding, Health & Safety, Data Protection, Financial Management, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources.
- Relevant qualification in Social Care, Youth & Community, Social Work, or another profession where CORU registration is applicable.
- Significant management experience for this position.
- Management qualification would be highly advantageous.
- Experience and understanding of relevant legislation and its application to this role.
- Option for Full Time or Part Time hours.
