Job Title:

A Social Care Manager is required in Dublin to work with children and families at risk.

This role involves strong management skills, relevant experience, and qualifications in social care or a related field. It is an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with parents, children, and families to provide support tailored to their identified needs.
  • Develop and implement effective therapeutic programs that cater to diverse requirements.
  • Stay updated on relevant legislation, including Child Protection & Welfare, Child Safeguarding, Health & Safety, Data Protection, Financial Management, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualification in Social Care, Youth & Community, Social Work, or another profession where CORU registration is applicable.
  • Significant management experience for this position.
  • Management qualification would be highly advantageous.
  • Experience and understanding of relevant legislation and its application to this role.
Working Hours:
  • Option for Full Time or Part Time hours.
