Private Equity Fund Accounting Manager

We are seeking an experienced Private Equity Fund Accounting Manager to oversee client service delivery and monitor service provision to agreed standards for key clients.

  • Oversight of all operational areas to ensure awareness of key client requirements.
  • Development and implementation of key client service programs.
  • Liaison with clients on periodic basis to evaluate service quality and identify client priorities.
  • Resolution of complex client issues.
  • Management of escalations and complaints within team and department.
  • Training and assistance of assigned Account Managers in successful running of their teams.
  • Review of procedures and policies to ensure adherence.
  • Participation in client conference calls.

About the Role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or related discipline.
  • 7-10 years of experience in Financial Services, preferably with exposure to Product Control, Operations, or Fund Accounting environments within PE.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Private Equity Fund Accounting.
  • Demonstrated skills in negotiation, business planning, and budgeting.
  • Familiarity with Investran or other Private Equity software packages.
  • Developing, implementing, and optimizing business processes and projects.
  • Knowledge of International GAAP/IFRS Accounting Principles.
  • Leadership skills and supervisory experience.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
