**Job Overview:**

As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and location of stock. This is essential for efficient invoice picking and minimizing errors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all areas of the warehouse adhere to health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain a safe working space for colleagues and visitors.
  • Collaborate with customer service supervisors to provide exceptional front counter service.
  • Inspect incoming stock for shortages and damage, documenting issues as necessary.
  • Pick customer orders accurately and regularly verify that only invoiced goods leave the premises.
  • Ensure daily PI counts are complete and accurate within the allotted timeframe.
  • Handle stock in a way that minimizes damage during storage or transportation.
  • Respond promptly to branch operations requests.
  • Verify returns entering the branch, ensuring the returned part matches the collection note and checking for any damaged items (exceptions include old cores, warranties, and damaged items).
  • Return stock cleanses, damaged goods, and old cores to T2 on time, taking care to minimize potential losses.
  • Report missing stock instances to the relevant manager.
  • Participate in additional duties to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Complete tasks assigned by management as needed.
